Public leaders need to think about the threats and opportunities that these new situations present and how they can properly address them.

Read a few testimonials from clients who have worked with us to create their strategic plans:
“The Ohio Plan staff met with township elected and staff officials to gather information, facilitate meetings and help guide the process for our new Township Strategic Plan. Throughout the process, the wealth of experience and professionalism was top notch and the cost to the Township was minimal compared to other facilitators/consultants we have used in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend the Ohio Plan for conducting a strategic plan for your entity or other assistance your community may need”
Steve Pegram, Township Administrator and Fire Chief, Goshen Township, Clermont County
“We have worked with the Ohio Plan staff, annually for the past three years on a number of important projects, including Council/Staff Strategic Planning Sessions. The results of the work completed with the Ohio Plan has led to historic changes to the City’s government structure and actions that will help ensure Deer Park’s long-term viability and sustainability”
BJ Jetter, Safety Service Director, City of Deer Park, Hamilton County
