This training session is designed to equip public employees with the necessary skills and techniques to effectively manage conflicts that may arise in the workplace.
By the end of this session, participants should be able to identify different types of conflicts, understand the root causes, employ appropriate conflict resolution strategies, and foster a more positive and productive work environment.
This session will explore the four basic personality styles and the productive and destructive tendencies of each. It will delve into the “anatomy of conflict” and provide best practice and practical guidance for achieving productive conflict.
Participants can complete an optional on-line individual “DiSC Productive Conflict Assessment” of themselves prior to the training session. This Assessment includes a personalized 23-page report that is provided to the participant.
