This course discusses sexual and other harassment and explains the types of sexual harassment; conduct which can create a hostile work environment; the types of unlawful harassment, who can be a harasser; how to deal with inappropriate behavior; how harassment claims are reported and investigated; the result of proven harassment complaints; and the importance of anti-retaliation policies.
